LUB Consulting GmbH is a transport and logistics consultancy based in Dresden/Germany. Our employees are transport engineers and economists with professional skills in the fields of logistics chains, planning of logistics facilities and transport statistics. Since its foundation in 1990, LUB has based its competence on detailed knowledge of the transport and logistics industry in Germany and Europe. Projects cover a wide range of topics from logistics estate and warehouse development over multimodal transport chains to feasibility studies and demonstration projects for public authorities.
The scope of our key activities covers:

• Consulting for individual companies and industry groupings, e.g. applications for public grants
• Feasibility studies and planning tasks for freight transport interfaces (e.g. intermodal logistics centres (GVZ), inland ports, truck service stations)
